2000-09 • Big in Falkirk

Big in Falkirk got an incredible boost at its launch by having Radio 1’s first One Big Sunday as programming partners. Falkirk Council, UZ’s partner for Big in Falkirk, was totally committed to working with UZ to introduce high quality international work to the town and to support local and international artists. With support from the IN SITU network and the Scottish Arts Council (later Creative Scotland) and Events Scotland, the festival became one of the country’s major cultural events as Scotland’s National Street Arts Festival.
