ROGER ELY

Roger introduced me to performance art. We created our first festival together, Brighton Contemporary Art Festival in 1977 and Roger went on to curate programmes at the Zap. We bought a hotel together in 1998, the Sunbeach and when Roger was very ill from cancer, he made a great performance there with film maker Elizabeth Wilding.
