2014 • The international launch of the Kelpies and the John Muir Festival
The international launch of the Kelpies and the Helix opened the John Muir Festival with commissioned work by Gavin Lockhart, myself, Oceanallover, Phil Supple, Susan Castillo, Kenny Bean, with Andy Scott’s Kelpies at centre stage and brought to life by Groupe F.
The launch of the John Muir Way was animated by Mischief La Bas, Gijs van Bon, Big Rory and Ochie, Darren Wilson, Surge, Maria McCavana, Old Hag, Lucy Birbeck, Alice Francis, Alec Finlay, Gerry Loose, Andrew Schelling, Rodney Branigan, Breach and And Now – a remarkable project.
